This place is large, has friendly staff, serves local cuisine, and is conveniently located near a historic square with a tower.

Thanks to a superb service I had a comfortable stay. I had superior queen room, and it was immaculate with breakfast provided. The staff were kind, the breakfast was great;)))

The room was extremely spacious and unique with comfortable beds. the bed was exceptionally comfortable. - the hotel was in a very central location near restaurants.

We stayed in two different rooms on two different nights. The building is an old palazzo and all the rooms are different, and each one is lovely. When we had to leave too early for breakfast, we were given a tray with everything on it, the evening before. We enjoyed having breakfast (with scrambled eggs!) in our room also. The staff were very accommodating and friendly. We were collected and dropped off at the railway station, for free, and also once collected at the airport late at night for 15 euro. It is a nice place to stay and the restaurants nearby are excellent too.

We visited Bergamo with friends before travelling on to Lake Como. We were promptly collected at the airport and taken to the hotel by Hotel Proprietor who was extemely pleasant. The rooms were charming, large and furnished to a high standard. The bathroom was modern and well equipped. On departure from the hotel the following day one of our party left some personal belongings at the hotel. The Proprietor kindly met us at Bergamo airport prior to our departure to hand over the belongings. We were most impressed and delighted that the Proprietor agreed to this meeting.

The apartment was spotless and huge with hypoallergenic pillows. A minibar, central heating, and a work desk were available. the location is great, just minutes away from a palace and a castle.

Its GOOD, very central location was a plus.

Amazing location in a nice area, near the train station. Exceptionally nice and absolutely gorgeous room with a minibar, central heating, a work desk, and a lovely bed.

Very convenient place to stay for me as my daughter was moving into a flat round the corner. No problem getting Paulo to collect us from the airport with lots of luggage late at night. Comfortable room with very comfortable bed and nice leisurely breakfast in the room.

The shower was a bit weak, especially on the second morning for some reason.
